Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel tours and will give a full refund should the weather prove unsuitable prior to departure.
• 24 hours notice is required for a full refund when booking on line
• After this period and up to 2 hours before tour departure will be charged at half ticket price. 
• Failure to cancel 2 hours before your tour departure time will result in the full ticket price being charged.
• Bookings on line will be given an alterative date “priority booking” without any additional cost should cancellation be necessary at any time. Subject to availability
